I ran a 5K at Pensacola Beach this morning and just needed to let everyone know that my time was 30:02! It gets a little better each time. Of course, I ran with my sister-in-law Candace and she runs fast. She finished in 29:50. She could have finished a lot faster but she tried to stay slow enough for me to catch up! Unfortunately, I didn’t run all week long which made today’s run really tough for me. Between VBS and my cousin Carson, I just couldn’t find the energy to get my self out of bed in the morning! So this week I will run again so that at the Firecracker 5K, maybe I can finish under 30 minutes! It looks like there will be a lot of us running the Firecracker. If you haven’t signed up, do it today!

Good time. I thought we were going to get rained out, but luckily the rain held off. I knocked off four minutes from the Fiesta run last month, but I still have a ways to go to catch up with you. Although, I did do it without having to walk, so that’s good. I’ll be seeing you at the Firecracker 5k!
Now I know the truth.. Carson’s visit was exhausting!! She had a great time with all of you and you are definitely her favorite cousin!! Great time on the run.
I enjoyed Carson but yeah, I am not use to having a kid with me 24 hours. Not sure how you do it with three!
