After seeing an awful picture of me in a bathing suit, I joined Weight Watchers. I have now been on WW for 25 weeks. I have lost 26 pounds and am only about 2.5 pounds away from my goal. It has been a lot of work, but I feel like a new person. I still have a bit of work to do because I would like to loose more than the goal WW set for me. Weight Watchers is the only diet that I believe can be successful. It actually trains you to make better choices and to think before you eat. I have seen lots of people shed pounds through “fad” diets only to pack them back on. WW is a life style change. It is something that I can practically do the rest of my life. I like it so much because I eat the things I love. I have the freedom of going out to eat and not having to purchase pre-packaged meals. If you are needing to shed a few pounds, you should give WW a try! Hopefully soon I will reach my goal and I will post my before and after pictures.
